How to Upgrade or Cancel Your PetPal Subscription

To manage your subscription:
1️⃣ Open the PetPal App and go to Settings > Subscription
2️⃣ Select Upgrade to switch plans or Cancel Subscription
3️⃣ Confirm your choice. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

👉 Note: Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
